BOOKING
Not at all! If you're ready to book, you can skip the form. But we totally understand if you'd prefer to chat first—many people like to connect before making such a special investment. If that’s you, feel free to fill out the inquiry form—we absolutely love hearing from you!
And if you’re confident enough to book without reaching out, WE LOVE YOU TOO!
The entire process can take up to 3 - 4 months to complete.
Please note that this timeline is subject to fluctuate & we will be sure to communicate that! We will never rush your flowers & sacrifice quality!
If you are local to us:
Drop-offs can be made directly to our studio in Pine Bush, NY — we’re open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and we also offer a contactless drop-off area for after-hours convenience.
Out of state? No problem!
After booking, you’ll receive an email with step-by-step shipping and care instructions to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and ready for preservation. In fact, the majority of bouquets we press are shipped from out of state — and they arrive in amazing shape!
We also offer an optional shipping kit for $145. It includes everything you need to safely send your bouquet to us, but it’s not required — our emailed instructions walk you through how to pack your flowers using materials you likely already have at home.
SHIPPING YOUR BLOOMS
Ideally within 2–5 days after your event. That said, we do accept flowers up to 7 days post-event. The fresher the better, but don't stress — just get them to us as soon as you can.
Once you book your frame, you'll immediately receive detailed instructions on how to safely ship your flowers. One of the biggest perks of working with us is that we partner with Pirate Ship, a website that offers discounted UPS shipping rates — saving you time and money.
We recommend visiting pirateship.com/rates to get a shipping estimate. Just enter your location and our studio zip code: 12566. Our shipping guide includes info on box sizes, weight, and packing tips to help you get the best rate and service.
Prefer something easier?
We offer an optional shipping kit for $145, which includes a prepaid UPS label, custom packaging, and everything you need to ship your flowers to us with confidence. Totally up to you — detailed DIY instructions are included either way!
Our shipping kits take about a week to arrive, and by then, your flowers may no longer be in the best condition for preservation.
If your event has already happened or is just a few days away, we recommend using your own packaging and following the instructions we'll email you after checkout. That way, your blooms arrive fresh and ready for their next life as art!
THE PRESERVATION PROCESS
This question is twofold — it depends on both the size you’ve purchased and the condition of your flowers. Most will be pressed, but not all. Our team carefully selects the blooms in the best shape, as these will press and display most beautifully. We also make sure there are enough high-quality flowers to perfectly fill the frame size you’ve chosen.
This rarely happens, but if your flowers arrive in poor condition, we’ll reach out as soon as they arrive. Our team will assess their state and advise you on the best options moving forward, so you can decide what feels right for you.
It really depends on your goal! If you’d like to keep most of your bouquet, we recommend a 16x20. For smaller bouquets, an 11x14 is a great fit. The 8x10 is such a cute option but typically has room for just one of each flower type before it feels full.
And of course, the 6x8 is the perfect size for a boutonniere or a thoughtful gift.
While we press flowers according to the size purchased, any flowers or petals that are pressed but not used in the final piece will be returned to you unglued. We return any unused petals to you, as we recognize that even these small pieces hold special meaning.
All of our frames come standard with UV protective glass, which helps preserve your flowers and prevent fading over time.
We also offer Art Glass as an optional upgrade. This glass is the least reflective option available on the market and provides exceptional clarity — we think it’s well worth the upgrade. However, it’s important to note that due to the nature of our glass-on-glass frames, it’s not completely glare-free.
