Refund policy
Event Cancellations (for preservation services and custom work)

More than 60 days before the event: Full refund.

30 days before the event up to the event date: 30% refund.

After the event date: No refunds due to limited availability and the inability to rebook work.
Shipping Kits

Shipping kits provided by Hudson Stems are non-refundable.

Our kits are designed for standard bouquet and arrangement sizes. We recommend trimming stems or disassembling arrangements as needed for a proper fit.

Refunds or reimbursements will not be issued for independently purchased packaging or when provided instructions are not followed.

If you have concerns about using the kit, please contact us before purchasing alternative materials.
Custom Items

Returns on custom items are not accepted (this includes bespoke frames, jewelry boxes, ornaments, and any made-to-order pieces you approved)

Ribbon & Sentimental Charm Policy
To ensure consistency in processing and handling floral orders, all ribbons and sentimental charms attached to bouquets will be removed upon receipt unless prior arrangements have been made.
As a standard policy, we do not retain ribbons. If a ribbon is included with your bouquet and you would like it to be kept, please clearly indicate this request on the flap of the box before sending.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@hudsonstems.com if the your frame is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, including preserved floral frames and keepsakes you approved)

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: EU cooling-off rights do not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized items, or to perishable goods.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
