The best way to keep your bouquet hydrated after you wedding is a vase of clean water and a cool corner (out of direct sunlight)
If you are local to us:
Drop-offs can be made directly to our studio in Pine Bush, NY — we’re open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and we also offer a contactless drop-off area for after-hours convenience.
Out of state? No problem!
After booking, you’ll receive an email with step-by-step shipping and care instructions to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and ready for preservation. In fact, the majority of bouquets we press are shipped from out of state — and they arrive in amazing shape!
We also offer an optional shipping kit for $145. It includes everything you need to safely send your bouquet to us, but it’s not required — our emailed instructions walk you through how to pack your flowers using materials you likely already have at home.
Our turnaround time ranges from 10–24 weeks from the date we receive your flowers. This timeline includes the drying and pressing process, design, any requested color correction, client approval, and the careful finishing of your piece.
Because floral preservation is highly seasonal, bouquets received during our busiest months, August through November, can expect longer turnaround times. As a small business, we intentionally maintain our team year-round rather than staffing heavily for only a few months of the year. This allows us to provide stable employment through our slower season while continuing to give every bouquet the time, attention, and craftsmanship it deserves.
We know how meaningful your flowers are, and we never want increased volume to come at the expense of the quality of your finished piece. We truly appreciate your patience during our busiest season and are always working to improve our turnaround times for our clients.
Yes, we do! We send a mock-up of your design before your piece is finalized, and edits are unlimited. Your happiness with the finished piece is incredibly important to us, so you’re welcome to tweak your design as much as you’d like.
Of course, flowers and any art medium come with natural limitations, but our goal is always to bring your piece as close to your vision as possible. If something isn’t possible, we’ll share our knowledge, explain why, and help guide you toward an option that works beautifully with your flowers.
You can hand them to us in person. We give local couples the option to drop off their bouquet instead of trusting it to a shipping label, which is one of the most common reasons couples choose us. If you’re not nearby, we’ll send you a prepaid, protective shipping kit designed to get your flowers to us safely.

Almost certainly not. Most couples reach out within two weeks of their wedding, and many contact us a few days after their wedding. As long as your flowers are still fresh, we can help preserve them.

We hand color-correct every petal to match the flowers you carried on your wedding day, so your keepsake stays crisp, clean, and true to the bouquet you fell in love with, not a faded version of it.
